Become a part of our Product and Commercial Management team in the Water Division
Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturer of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our products and focus massively on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Product and Commercial Management team.

With direct reference to the Head of Product and Commercial Management, you will join a team with focus on delivering high quality solutions and services to our customers. In the newly establish position as Customer Success Manager, you will focus on software and services offerings to our water business that have the opportunity to influence Kamstrup’s future solutions to optimize the value we create for our customers.

Customer Success Manager with strong commercial skills
As our new Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for the future software and service solutions which requires a deep market understanding and customer insights. You will work in close collaboration with customers, external partners, R&D and Water Division Management in order to set the strategic direction for software and service solutions in our water business.

More specifically your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Establishing market requirements and insights on customers’ needs and pains regarding software and service offerings
  • Identifying business, market and customer potential
  • Developing a software and service portfolio strategy to meet market and customer requirements
  • Conceptualizing and commercializing future software and service solutions to target specific markets, segments and customers
  • Leading value based innovation projects targeting specific customer segments and market opportunities
  • Establishing an agile sprint-approach to market piloting of new software and service elements

In the job, you can expect around 30-40 travel days per year. In addition, if you as a candidate find it interesting, a temporary assignment abroad may be possible in the future.

Personality matters
As a person you have a strong drive, excellent business acumen and strong commercial skills. You are a strong communicator why you are comfortable with presenting and you like to be in front of and in collaboration with customers and relevant stakeholders. You have a commercial mindset and the ability to challenge status quo in order to ensure the best solutions.

You hold a Master’s degree in business, technology or innovation and have at least 3 years of professional experience working in a consultancy or insights management function, where you have gained the ability to and passion for bridging insights and business impact.

In addition, it is a requirement that you have:

  • Experience with market analysis and translating insights into product requirements
  • Experience with the commercialization of data, software and service offerings
  • Experience with leading and developing software and service driven business models
  • Experiences with establishing business cases and investment strategies

You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.
