Therefore, we are looking for a new Customer Experience Analyst, who has the experience and the drive it takes to succeed both in setting the direction and implementing Kamstrup’s future customer feedback solutions.
With direct reference to our VP of Marketing, you will take on a key role in Kamstrup’s Global Customer Experience Management (CXM) program with the purpose to provide business critical and actionable customer experience insights throughout the customer journey. You will work closely together with our Senior Customer Experience Manager in setting the direction and driving the implementation of our CX program to achieve our ambition of having industry-leading customer experience. Further, you will have rich opportunities for exchange knowledge and close cooperation with colleagues across areas such as Business Intelligence, UX/UI, Product management, Sales, and Customer Support.
A job with focus on turning customer data into insights and optimizing our survey program and platform
In this newly established position, you will be responsible for improving our ability to understand our customers’ experience and transforming quantitative data into insights that can be used as recommendations for improvements. Through ongoing engagement with the organization, you ensure that you have an updated and deep understanding of the business’ needs and strategy, and how you can support this through our customer survey setup and data analyses.
More specifically, you will be:
Personality matters
To succeed in this role, you have a few years of experience in a similar position either from a consultancy company or a larger organization where you have worked with customer satisfaction surveys and transforming data into recommendations to the business. Alternatively, you have worked a minimum of two years within areas such as market intelligence, master data, etc., and are passionate about CX and advocating the voice of the customer. It is a requirement that you have experience working with customer survey data, and survey platforms and turning data into easy-to-understand insights using statistical analyses.
We imagine that you have a relevant educational background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economy, mathematics, marketing, IT, psychology, or similar, where you’ve learned how to create surveys and analyze quantitative data sets.
Furthermore, it is an advantage that you have:
As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and have strong data and analytical skills. You thrive in a role, where you are the expert in designing, planning, implementing, and activating customer surveys, but also where you deep dive into customer data, conduct analyses, and present key insights to stakeholders.
It is a requirement that you both speak and write English fluently.

- Planning, collecting, and executing customer data and customer surveys
- Analyzing customer data from multiple sources and providing actionable recommendations for high-impact improvements using statistical analyses
- Securing that customer feedback is embedded and managed into our CRM system
- Contributing to the future survey setup regarding what to survey, how to survey, and which platform to use
- Participating actively in cross-functional fora to secure action-planning and execution of continuous improvement of customer experience as well as further development of our customer survey program
