Customer Service Consultant
Customer Service in an international environment - Copenhagen or Skive
Are you a motivated, customer focused professional seeking new and exciting opportunities in an international environment? Then you may be the new colleague we are looking for to join us based out of our International Sales office in Copenhagen or our head office in Skive.
The Group Customer Service team is well established, close-knit, collaborative and professional. Based in both Denmark and UK, this team work together to provide a first-class service to customers across the board. Your role as Customer Service Consultant will be integral to supporting the Sales Teams across Vikan and is important to ensure that Vikan maintains and develops its position as the preferred supplier and partner in the market.
You will engage in order processing, responding to customer requests, and guiding B2B customers via phone, email and live chat. In addition, one of your core tasks will be to finalise designs of the "Shadow Board" product orders, coordinating internally as well as externally.
You will provide excellent service to Vikan´s customers and help drive long term customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will be:
A Customer Service professional with a commercial mind-set and experience from an international environment
You have a commercial and administrative background. You have experience with customer service, preferably from a similar position in an international company. Mastery of English both in speaking and writing is a must. The ability to speak another language and knowledge of Danish would be a further advantage.
You are a competent user of Microsoft Office preferably also with knowledge of CRM (we use Salesforce) and experience with ERP systems.
Service oriented problem solver with ambitions to learn about our products and interact with our customers
We are looking for a pragmatic and solution oriented Customer Service Consultant who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You are well structured and action oriented while demonstrating excellent communications skills. You thrive in a dynamic and team-based environment where two days are never the same.

- Handling of international orders including Shadow Board design clarification and processing
- Customer requests and requests from colleagues in Sales
- Claims handling
- Master data maintenance
- CRM and leads
- Cooperation with distributors and Area Sales Managers
