Do you also believe that happy customers are key? Would you like to work in a large international company? Are you organized, proactive and a fast learner? If so, you might be a great match for our student assistant job in Philips Hearing Solutions Consumer Care. The job location is at Demant’s HQ in Smørum (close to Kildedal station).

We expect you to work 15 hours per week distributed to suit both your and our schedules. This may increase in busy periods; however, we also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.

Your tasks will be very diverse, but the following will be your main tasks:

  • Professional end user support on social media and email in a global context (answering end user messages)
  • Explaining the somewhat complex technical details in a simple, straightforward way
  • Help on reporting – extract data from CRM, Falcon, and other tools
  • Analyze consumer satisfaction surveys and Care center service levels (Excel skills are needed)
  • Support and train in consumer care tasks to sales companies and export distributors (virtual trainings, phone calls and emails)
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks, Power Point presentations or the like

Qualifications & experience:
You have begun a relevant bachelor or master’s degree and have a minimum of 2 years left. Studies within digital marketing, advertising or service would be preferred. Previous experience from a position in a service, support or digital marketing team working with a diversity of tasks and a coordinating role will be an advantage.

As a person you are proactive, structured, and service-minded. You are capable of planning and organizing your own tasks and ask for help when needed. Your location will be in Demant headquarters in Smørum, but your main contacts will be consumers and our different internal and external stakeholders all over the world.

Therefore, we expect you to be fluent or native in English and to have an open mind and experience in working across different cultures. You enjoy helping people and you are an excellent writer. It is an advantage if you already have experience with community management in social media, knowledge of data analysis, Power BI and/or advanced Excel.
