Are you our new Customer Success Coordinator in Maersk Training’s commercial team in Denmark based out of Svendborg? This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and gain in depth knowledge and experience in a global company with 10 Maersk Training centres around the world.
Based in Svendborg, as our new temporary colleague in our Customer Success department you will be responsible for handling leadership programmes for our global clients and provide first class service to our customers, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of the services offered. You will be the point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing accurate course information, booking delegates onto courses and project managing the admin part of our leadership programmes. You will become part of an experienced and passionate team.
• Act as the face of our company, embodying our Core Values and principles in how we do business
• Handling of joining instructions
• Coordinating with key stakeholders to provide course information and follow up
• Processing invoices
• Process orders and payments
• Administration and set up of E-Learning courses for some of our Customers
• Effectively handle inbound enquiries through channels such as email, phone, as well as “in person” visitors and our online booking system
You are outgoing, detail oriented and enthusiastic with a robust character. You will be highly driven, able to work independently whilst still being able to fit within a small team. You enjoy working in a very fast paced office environment. A customer centric view with a priority to quality customer service is also important.
You are able to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and written and be proficient in the use of MS Outlook and MS Office products. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
