Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our amazing customers! You will be accountable for making sure our enterprise customers have world-class customer experience. This is a critical role in the organization and embodies on of our core values to Obsess over the Customer. We act as trusted advisors to our customers, working collaboratively with them to understand their situation today, their strategic goals and objectives and the opportunity for improved business outcomes. You own the success from implementation through the ongoing lifecycle of the relationship. This requires working across the organization including, but not limited to, the following functions: customer business reviews, ongoing feedback loop to Product, and customer education.

PLEASE NOTE: Preferred location: Amsterdam, Paris, Aalborg or any location in EU.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to develop strategies for how to ensure best use of the product and help them achieve maximum value from our services
  • Develop and deliver highly engaging presentations to senior business audiences
  • Summarize product feedback gathered from customer meetings and act as advocate for our customers with internal development and product teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the customer (external) and the voice of the customer (internal) to projects and help prioritize product requests and new product introductions to drive optimal product use
  • Monitor customer health and risk. Develop and execute success plans when as required working with customer support, product development and engineering
  • Proactively manage multiple enterprise accounts to ensure customer’s success in services renewal, adoption of products, customer health and overall satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upsell alongside sales and account management team

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English + another European language (preferably French)
  • 3-6 years’ experience in supply chain consulting, perhaps from PWC, Accenture, EY or Deloitte, where you have been working with enterprise customers
  • Strong consulting skillset: structuring, investigation, listening, communication and crafting highly impactful presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively to drive results
  • Excellent executive presentation and communication skills
  • A ‘get it done’ mentality and enjoyment of the turbulence that comes with a lean and agile company
  • Ability to work independently and creatively
  • Willingness to travel, typically 15-20%
