The Team
The IT Compliance & Security team consists of 8 people, 5 in Denmark and 3 in Poland. We are situated in Demant Global IT and our goal is to provide our business with world class security and a professional compliance level.
You will be working with quality in all aspects of compliance and IT security including validations, risk assessments, portfolio management and test strategies amongst other tasks. You will be working alongside the IT Compliance & Security team and will be collaborating with other teams in the entire Demant business - Project Managers, Subject Matters Expert from R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Marketing and Sales.
Ideally, you have previous experience in IT Quality Control, IT auditing or campaign planning and effects measurements. You will have extensive communication with global as well as relevant internal stakeholders so solid skills in collecting and presenting status and results of quality work in easy overview executive reporting are required. You will be supporting multiple project models which require an ability to work with great flexibility.
Your responsibilities as IT Quality Manager:
- Participating in projects as Quality manager
- Driving quality controls and assessments
- Interfacing and ensuring continued constructive dialogues with stakeholders
- Driving quality validation activities in collaboration with Manufacturing and Quality Management System validations
- Supporting internal trainings in relation to IT quality
- Reviewing and approving quality protocols, deviations, and reports
- Driving and supporting periodic reviews
- Verifying risk documentation - e.g. FMEA and remediation plans
- Extending our controls framework and ensuring overview executive reporting
- Giving quality input to improvement of procedures to fulfil internal and external requirements, ensuring quality meets the current regulatory requirements
- Interfacing to company product quality departments
The ideal candidate could have
An IT technical background - bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline- or a degree in communication, preferably with industry experience in medical device production/process development or Quality Assurance. You have relevant work experience within IT Quality, Test Management and Change control. Ideally you have knowledge of the medical device/pharma industry compliance frameworks such as ISO13485:2016, 21CFR820, MDSAP, GMP or ISO27001, but it is not mandatory. You are preferably certified in ISTQB Foundation or higher. Our company language is English, so fluency in English is a must – written as well as orally.
It is natural for you to take initiative and have a proactive approach to problem solving. You are motivated by continuously improving and learning while working in an international environment with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You have an eye for details and an ability to write short, precise To-do instructions to easy the life of the stakeholders using your excellent reporting computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power-BI, etc.
