Quality Manager for Schur Star Systems, Flensburg

Schur Star Systems in Flensburg is looking for at Quality Manager, who can participate in and guide the planning and implementation of the company's quality policy as well as plan and evaluate internal audits.

Job profile

• Participation and technical guidance in planning and implementation of company-specific quality policy and quality objectives
• Constant review and evaluation of the development of the QMS
• Coordination, consulting and training of executives and operational staff in all aspects of quality management
• Coordinate the development, updating and further development of QM specification documents: work instructions, procedural instructions and other operational documents
• Develop testing and release of internal and external quality-related documents and measures for quality improvement
• Ensuring the QM verification documentation (records)
• Participation in the evaluation of test results and customer surveys
• Coordination and monitoring of the annual audit programs incl. the selection of auditors
• Post-processing of the audit results
• Planning and evaluation of the internal audits as well as monitoring the system and product-related corrections and preventive measures
• Conformity assessment in the legally regulated and non-regulated area
• Possibly also complaint processing and feedback to the customer

Personal profile

You have a degree in quality management or equivalent experience, and a technical education, preferably from the printing industry or foil production. You have good knowledge of documentation management, and very good knowledge of Office applications and Navision. Furthermore, you have good communication skills in both speech and writing, as well as good English skills.
