Do you possess strong project management skills, and do you have solid experience in working with HR transformation, organizational change & integration, and do you wish to create value to the business through the global HR function?
To further strengthen our HR delivery model into a global and scalable HR, we are looking for an HR Project Manager to drive key HR projects globally across Terma. You will be the first of your kind in Terma and with reference directly to our Senior Vice President, Group HR, you will be working on projects for the full HR Organization. Working in a global setup, the position can be based in Denmark (Lystrup or Herlev), Germany (Darmstadt) or the Netherlands (Leiden).
This will be a challenging role that will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline, providing ample opportunity for significant professional growth and development. You will be tasked with developing and implementing the framework for how we run HR projects, while also being PM on key HR projects.
Role and Responsibility
You will be responsible for the overall project management of the HR work streams associated with several major business change, acting as PMO for the Global HR function. This includes driving HR transformation initiatives, incl. ongoing development of best practices and tools for HR project management, to develop HR for the future.
The tasks include planning, coordinating and executing projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies. You will also ensure the transition & integration scope within HR – securing that activities are finalized and moved into business-as-usual state at the appropriate point.

You have a well-developed project/process toolbox in place, most likely having worked minimum 5 years with HR Projects, systems, processes, trends, and best practices. You know how to translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Create and mature Global HR’s project portfolio
- Create and manage overview of projects regarding scope, timeline, resources and deliverables
- Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with the HR Business Partners and project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
- Coach, mentor, motivate and lead project team members. Influence project team to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Run prioritized projects and drive and govern own certain processes/projects e.g. global workforce planning and HR IT systems (optimization/implementation and future roadmap)
- Define the appropriate project management approach and project management skill set / resourcing mix across internal and external partners to ensure all project tasks are successfully completed
- Assist SVP HR in special tasks
- Stay current on HR and project management theories and trends

- Excellent Project Management and Project Leadership competences
- A strong track-record in managing complex projects across departments & countries, including the ability to both scope and execute
- Knowledge and experience in driving change projects
- High personal drive and a natural curiosity coupled with a fact-based approach to secure ideas are prioritized and implemented
- A strong learning agility
- Highly developed communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Flair for software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- An academic background (HR, Marketing, Business or similar)
