Do you have a major interest in Cleaning validation? Are you ready to validate numerous CIP to a smarter level than ever before, are you ready to reduce water and CIP solvents?
Right now, we are looking for an experienced candidate with a strong quality mindset and vast GMP cleaning experience to join our team in Purification Plant in Kalundborg.
About the department
Purification Plant (PP) consist of 4 individual plants purifying insulin and GLP1. With more than 500 employees PP contains its own laboratory, maintenance department and business support. The vacancy is in the Cleaning Support Team, where you will join 13 dedicated and skilful supporters and a Manager. Because we are all specialising in cleaning processes, you will instantly have a large network to support your work, all eager to learn from your experience and willing to help whenever needed. The daily work in the team is highly based om collaboration and even though we are busy it takes please in a relaxed atmosphere.
The job
Your main focus will be optimization of CIP including frequential CIP to ensure maximal utilization in the plants and helping our circular to zero strategy. In relation to the validation you will handle change requests, write SOP’s, protocols, reports and various documentations.
Right now, we are changing two plants from single- to multi-purpose manufacturing, a process that involves finding the perfect product-changeover solutions for our Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) systems. The team consists of highly motivated People and the position offers you a unique opportunity to strengthen your experience in a GMP production environment and realise personal as well as departmental goals. You will experience an enthusiastic working climate focused on quality, teamwork and delivery, and play an important part in helping us write the next page of the Novo Nordisk success story.
Qualifications
We imagine that you have solid experience within the field of cleaning validation in a pharmaceutical production. Your theoretical background is academic or technical (Cand. Pharm, chemical engineer or the equivalent) most important you have shown remarkable results.
On a personal level you have a positive attitude, you are committed and work in a systematic manner. You find challenges exciting and are able to maintain the overview despite being busy by various tasks and still complying with the requirements for manufacturing pharmaceuticals. You are flexible in novel situations in a continuously developing environment and you are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English. As you develop your skills here, an ambition to join our international network of cleaning specialists will be Welcomed.
