Highly skilled and ambitious Laboratory Technician to the Microbial Competence Centre in at Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd (2-year position).

The department
You will join a team of highly skilled scientists and laboratory technicians at the Microbial Competence Centre, which is part of Diabetes Finished Product. We are dedicated to develop and transfer new microbiological methods for diabetes products (injectables and tablets) to our sites globally.
Our mission includes providing proactive microbiological support to Novo Nordisk’s production sites worldwide.
Our area strategy aims at maturing new equipment reducing quality control lead time for our finished products.
The position
We are looking for a skilled, motivated and self-driven laboratory technician for a 2-year position to our team of laboratory technicians. You will be part of a team-effort that makes sure that our laboratory runs effectively and delivers analytical data on time. Your main focus will be to perform microbiological analyses according to various pharmacopoeias and take part in the journey of maturing new technology for quality control of sterile products.
Qualifications
You have an educational background as a Laboratory Technician or Biomedical Laboratory Scientist and at least 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience with microbiological analysis, experimental design and data analysis - preferably from the pharmaceutical industry. You also have:
- Technical experience in methods within microbiology
- A Strong focus on microbiological data analysis and approval of results
- Experience of getting energised by working with tasks simultaneously
- A can do, attitude with an innovative mindset
- A Personal drive and motivation for handling challenges
- Skills as fluent in written and verbal Danish and English
