Are you looking to join Copenhagen’s burgeoning biotech startup industry? GLX ANALYTIX is a new biotech startup looking for an ongoing partnership with a lab technician with a passion for disease biology, antibodies and personalized medicine.
We are looking for a candidate that is skilled in running day-to-days in the laboratory, handling biological samples, working with high throughput assays and cell culturing.
Start Date: Nov 1, 2020. Full-time position.
About the Company
At GLX ANALYTIX we are leveraging proprietary biomedical research to build a diagnostic and patient monitoring system for autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases. We are driven by scientific rigour and a desire to translate science into impactful solutions for patients.
Qualifications
We are looking for a trained lab technician (laborant) who is:
• quality-focused, systematic, and highly engaged in performing and documenting their work,
• skilled at managing time and motivated to achieve collaborative and personal goals,
• self-motivated, possesses a positive, ‘can do’ mindset and,
• brings joy to their work.
Skills / Experience
We expect you to responsibly run day to day activities. Experience with biological sample handling (e.g. blood samples), biomarker discovery and detection, ELISA, Luminex, and/or MSD is advantageous. Experience with antibody production, purification and modification is considered a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English is advantageous.
