Are you experienced in teaching software and do you get your energy from seeing others succeed? For a new position, Hesehus is currently looking for an experienced and talented Academy Master, who will play a key role in building up the Bizzkit Academy and be responsible for training and certifying our solution partners. Bizzkit is an e-commerce software platform developed by Hesehus that is currently expanding internationally.
What are we offering?
Since 2002 Hesehus has delivered ambitious e-commerce solutions based on its own internally developed platform, called Bizzkit. Today, the Bizzkit platform is one of the most widely used platforms among top 1000 companies with physical products in Denmark.
We want to achieve that same position internationally, and have therefore recently started our journey by entering the Swedish market. By now, we have already signed several contracts with solution partners, and therefore we need an Academy Master to secure successful partnerships, and not least to make sure that the partners are competent with our platform products.
As our new Academy Master, you will become part of a very international team, where we communicate in English daily. The team has employees from all over the world including Brazil, Sweden, Holland, France, Bosnia and Denmark covering software development, product management, sales and marketing. As a way of integrating our international employees, we offer free Danish lessons inhouse. Most of the employees are situated in Odense, while the Swedish market is operated from our local office in Göteborg.
Concurrently with Bizzkit’s expansion internationally, you must expect a rapid growth in the size of the team. You must be prepared for travel activity for periods of time, typically around 30-50 days a year.

Your primary tasks:
Who are you?
You are experienced in teaching software technology and enjoy training software developers and technical solution experts. We expect you to have knowledge of the Microsoft stack; .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core and that you have a solid understanding of software development.
As a person, you are quality conscious, you work in a structured manner and you have experience organizing a day with a broad range of tasks and dealing with many stakeholders. You are service minded and good with people. You get energy from being in the spotlight and understand how to effectively communicate complex knowledge. You speak and write English fluently, and are comfortable using English on a daily basis.

- Develop and facilitate training and certification programmes for Bizzkit Academy in cooperation with our developers, partner manager, and in close dialogue with our solution partners.
- Conduct training using workshops as well as classroom training and e-learning.
- Stay updated on the architecture, workflow and development of the platform products.
- Support sales with the functionality of the products in Bizzkit Academy.
- Act as sparring partner for product management, technical support and technical sales.
