Tutors (instructors) for the course "Philosophy of Science", Department of Marketing & Management
Tutors will lead discussion and planned activities based on writing or activities, providing the form of a more general introduction to central concepts in the philosophy and history of science, but the main focus will be on philosophy of science within a social science framework.
The various epistemological, axiological and ontological positions will be illustrated through examples from classic and contemporary anthropology and market and consumer research.
Some activities will make use of e-learning platforms such as discussion boards and wikis (primarily through blackboard); familiarity with blackboard tools is highly desired, but not required.
The classes will be held in English.

Instructors are employed for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years. The relevant department can be contacted for details.
Please note that employees are not required to have lessons every semester during their employment.
Instructors are paid in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the National Association of Student Instructors.
Instructor posts are only open to students at SDU (a copy of the applicant’s academic record must be attached).
Applicants must attach a CV that includes information on previous teaching experience and relevant academic qualifications.
