About the department
Sourcing Warehousing is a part of Sourcing Operations who is responsible for the Inbound Supply of Materials for Production. Sourcing Warehousing, a brand new facility just taken in to use in august 2018, is responsible for receiving and storing, sampling & inspecting as well as delivery of Raw Materials, Excipients, API and Process Aids. Sourcing Warehouse is the centre of every production start across Novo Nordisk and involved in all development project with high importance for the company. The department consists of 110 skilled and professional employees working in two warehouses, mainly in Hillerød where you will work from and one in Kalundborg.

The position
Sourcing Warehousing is storing key substances and raw materials and our warehouse is highly regulated by GMP/GxP rules and all equipment and storages are kept under validated, secure conditions.

As Validation Supporter you will be responsible for validation processes and yearly re-qualification processes. You will be conducting standard validation processes.

We are facing many small projects in order to handle and storage both existing and new products and we optimise on existing procedures for storage of raw materials and equipment. This occasionally also includes projects led by you as Validation Supporter. Often the scope is to ensure qualification and validation of processes and to keep high standards during changes in the warehouse.

As a natural part of your job description you will be in close dialogue with both relevant operators, technicians, managers and specialists within Sourcing Warehousing as well as across the organisation. The validation processes can vary over time as our the portfolio of products change and you will be challenged by new procedures and standards.

Qualifications
You have an MSc in engineering, pharmacy or similar, supplemented with at least two years of experience as a Process Supporter in a regulated environment with experience within validation. Experience from the pharma industry or similar fields, and experience with operating and executing projects in a GMP/GxP regulated environment is a prerequisite.

On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a natural team player and you quickly build strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders from different backgrounds.

Good communication skills are a must including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels. This includes the ability to deliver high quality documentation of validation processes. Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
