Your work description
• Responsible for all the daily tasks in the gestation department in collaboration with the team and manager.
• Insemination, scanning, registration and other breeding-related work.
• Lead, collaborate with and train good colleagues who prioritize a good working environment.
• Other work related tasks when needed.

• You create good results and produce the foundation for the world's best breeding pigs.
• You naturally use your good collaboration and communication skills.
• You work structured and efficiently and prioritize order.
• You speak English.
Your characteristics
• Have extensive experience and pleasure in working in the insemination- and gestation department.
• You are passionate about high quality, responsible and have the skills to create top results.
• You are active, flexible and also keep an overview during busy times.
• Is a positive role model for colleagues and initiates improvements.

In the position you will be part of a team with 8-9 colleagues.
The company Avlscenter Eskegaard, has approx. 35 permanent employees, and a circle of skilled and helpful temporary workers who can step in during periods of holiday and when we are more busy than normal. Weekend work is scheduled for every three weekends.
