In Humlebæk, Denmark, you join 7 skilled, energetic and humorous colleagues in our Sales and Operations Planning team. We help each other every day to deliver high quality solutions that are acknowledged throughout Coloplast.
Together, we facilitate a range of major decisions that affect our global capacity situation across manufacturing sites, suppliers and product brands. Furthermore, we define the global inventory targets and drive the global inventory governance process.

Match production setup and inventory needs
Your job is to plan our production capacity and facilitate decisions that further improve the balance between demand and capacity. You focus on our internal production and make use of forecasts related to our future inventory needs. Essentially, you keep a check on our current production setup, which you then use to optimise and align our production plans with our inventory needs. In short form, you:

Match production setup and inventory needs
Your job is to plan our production capacity and facilitate decisions that further improve the balance between demand and capacity. You focus on our internal production and make use of forecasts related to our future inventory needs. Essentially, you keep a check on our current production setup, which you then use to optimise and align our production plans with our inventory needs. In short form, you:
- Align your plans with leaders at manufacturing sites across the globe and travel up to 20 days a year
- Make sure we have the right machine setup and build business cases related to transfers, machine and manufacturing investments
- Engage in development projects where you drive capacity transparency and ensure timely investments to secure successfull launches
- Identify and mitigate capacity risks that impact delivery performance, launches and transfers.
You are a collaborative and curious planning professional
- You have 5+ years of experience within supply chain processes, sales and operations planning or distribution
- You hold a degree focusing on production, supply chain management or similar
- You are analytical and curious to understand our business from one end to the other
- You speak and write English effortlessly.
