Coloplast is on a supply chain journey towards increased customer focus, more end-to-end transparency and better systems support. We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain Development to set direction and drive the execution of supply chain initiatives and projects throughout Coloplast.

The Supply Chain Development team consists of 10-12 engaged development managers, working with supply chain systems and development of supply chain solutions for Coloplast globally. The Director of Supply Chain Development reports to the VP of Global Supply Chain.

Job description and areas of responsibility
Coloplast is on a supply chain journey towards increased customer focus, more end-to-end transparency and better systems support. We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain Development to set direction and drive the execution of supply chain initiatives and projects throughout Coloplast.
As Director of Supply Chain Development, you will:
- Be a member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team. This team sets the overall direction for Global Supply Chain and has the overall responsibility for supply chain performance now and in the future.
- Develop the Supply Chain Development team as-a-whole.
- Identify supply chain improvement initiatives and projects broadly within supply chain, with high business impact and clear business ownership.
- Execute such initiatives and projects and ensure effective deployment in affected business areas.
- Be overall responsible for supply chain-project governance and reporting.
- Be closely involved with other Coloplast organisations (quality, manufacturing, IT) on shared projects and activities.
- Be overall owner of the global planning system (OMP+), and responsible for related improvement initiatives and projects.
- Secure and develop key knowledge areas and competences within supply chain and related systems (ERP and analytics).
- Participate in strategic projects on an ad hoc basis as required and where supply chain knowledge is relevant.

What is needed to succeed?
We imagine that you bring your broad experience and expertise within supply chain, supply chain development and supply chain systems. We further believe that professionals with the following skills and experience are well-suited:
- Experience in developing and implementing supply chain solutions in international companies.
- End-to-end understanding, a focus on internal customers and preferably experience from both operational, tactical, and strategic areas of supply chain.
- Experience with project and portfolio management and a proven track record of project execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- A Master’s degree in supply chain or related disciplines.
