Student assistant in IT Business Development, Global IT
In Global IT Business Development, we support business to enable growth opportunities and support internal users globally with IT applications in their day-to-day work.
The applications include solutions for customer relation management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Internal communication (Intranet), Business process automation, System integrations and services, Document management and workflow solutions, HR systems and much more.
The team is looking for a dynamic and engaged student to help with various tasks within the entire area. Your tasks can be periodic tasks or ad hoc and can vary from system testing, training, communication, and documentation.
Your qualifications
• Strong Microsoft Office experience especially within Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Flair for IT
• Flair for visual communication and documentation
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
Your personality
You have a strong personal drive - can lead yourself, are curious and are motivated by delivering results. You are positive and persistent with a good understanding of when to be pragmatic. From your previous job, you have demonstrated skills for working both detailed and holistic as well as independently and as a team player.
We offer
In return, we can offer you a good study relevant job in a very interesting organisation approx. 20 hours per week. We will agree on your working hours and days, but we will prefer full days. You will receive the necessary introduction and training to be able to fulfil your responsibilities.
