We’re on the lookout for someone who can help us scale and streamline our order process here at Hobbii. As we constantly grow, open new markets and expand our omnichannel, we’re looking to take our procurement process to new heights.
Hobbii was founded in 2014 by young entrepreneurs and have experienced incredible growth ever since. We sell yarn to tens of thousands of customers every month and we are working day and night to become the favorite shop for all yarn lovers worldwide.
And that’s where you come in,
Your focus will be on placing purchase orders with our suppliers and follow up on every delivery. Your structured mindset will steer an easy process between suppliers, systems and our onsite warehouse. You will make sure that every order is aligned with each step in the supply chain network, including our inbound logistics and finance department. With several thousand orders made on our websites everyday, keeping a streamlined process is essential.
We need you to have the confidence to follow the procurement process to the door. Making sure that deliveries are made on time and matches the orders made. That our inbound facilities are ready for coming shipments and that there’s always a communication flow between you, our supply chain team and our finance department.
You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager, but be in daily contact with our Inbound Facilities and Finance Department.
It’s a must that you can speak and understand both Danish and English

- Have worked somewhere within Supply Chain before
- Have experience with procurement and inventory management
- Have great IT-skills and a systematic approach to change management
- Have worked within a scale-up business before
