For this specific position Academic Work is looking for you who, after an 18-month intense, educational and developing trainee program, will have the opportunity to take the position as Junior Logistics Manager at one of Bunzl’s Danish subsidiaries, MultiLine.
The course is generally divided into 3 periods of each a duration of 6 months (18 months in total). The first period will take place at MultiLine in Sorø, after which period 2 and 3 will take place in two of Bunzl's European subsidiaries. In this way you will achieve a more nuanced and international understanding of the company and develop your professional and personal competencies. After completing the program you will get the opportunity to take on the role of junior Logistics Manager in MultiLine, where you will be part of the company’s management team for logistics.
You start with an intensive and in-depth onboarding program at Multiline in Sorø. Here you will be thoroughly introduced to the 3 departments, which include Supply Chain, Warehouse Operation and Transportation, respectively. You will get a thorough insight into all the departments' functions and all associated work areas, and you will continuously be part of several exciting projects. You will thus be introduced to all the procedures, decision-making processes and management processes preparing you to kick-start your career at Bunzl.
You will be part of tailored onboarding programs, as well as be paired with a personal mentor, in the first 6 months of the program in MultiLine and in the two programs abroad.

… has an educational background in supply chain and logistics - such as Cand.merc., Supply Chain Management or similar. In addition, it is important that you are analytically strong, and approach your work with great thoroughness in order to maintain a constant overview of complex tasks and issues. You must have a commercial understanding of the supply chain's most important nodes and possess strong systemic and digital competencies. In addition, you are fluent in Danish and English both written and verbally, and preferably a second foreign language such as French, Spanish, German or Dutch. In addition, you are:

- Daily operation of various tasks concerning incoming and outgoing transport
- Daily operation of various tasks concerning stock control
- Involvement in all active development projects
- Responsibility for project management on selected projects
- Personnel management and associated focus areas
