The Logistic Department consist of Logistic, Planning & Procurement and internal and external transportation of tools to Vestas projects and Sites.
As a Logistics & SAP Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that the Logistic Department deliver materials according to requests from Vestas projects and sites, on time, in the right quality and quantity. You will have communication and dialog with Vestas internal customers (sites) in the European area.

The Logistic Department consist of Logistic, Planning & Procurement and internal and external transportation of tools to Vestas projects and Sites.
As a Logistics & SAP Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that the Logistic Department deliver materials according to requests from Vestas projects and sites, on time, in the right quality and quantity. You will have communication and dialog with Vestas internal customers (sites) in the European area.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring you work and act according to Vestas safety rules & guidelines
- Ordering handling from Vestas projects and sites
- Tools requests / Tools order handling and Transport booking
- Creating delivery note and initiating tasks to warehouse
- Following up on backorders and NCR requests
- Processing optimization
- SAP Instruction and training
Qualifications
- 3 years of working experience in logistic role
- Good basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Knowledge according to Lean principles
- Previous experience in coordinating a team.
- Fluent English is required and ability to speak Danish
Competencies
- People skills as well as positive mindset and inclusive attitude.
- Ability to present creative solutions and effectively anticipate customer needs.
- Good communication skills in English
- Being a constructive team player
- Structured and result orientated
- Professional planning and organizing skills
