Sales Global Supply Chain Transport and Customs – EMEA Portfolio Planning & Vessel Operations
Be a part of a highly dedicated team that strives to optimise transport and vessel operations for wind turbine projects in Vestas. We are responsible for budgeting, optimising the transport portfolio, and capacity and utilization planning of Vessels for the EMEA region. We handle approximate 400 vessels a year. We are located in Hamburg, Aarhus, Malmö and Madrid.
You will have ten close colleagues in the Portfolio Planning & Vessel Operations team, where you and one other will be responsible for optimisation. Furthermore, there will be a close collaboration with Procurement.

Qualifications
The key to success in this position is experience with supply chain and vessel planning. We imagine that you have 3-5 years' experience within an international shipping or forwarding company. Your educational background can be freight forwarder, shipping line or have similar experience with vessel chartering or heavy lift operations.

Responsibilities
- Vessel Portfolio planning
- Vessel capacity, utilisation and stowage plans
- Align Vessel requirement with procurement
- Communicate and align transport plans with production, transport execution, construction and sales
- Accurate cost documentation and controlling of the budgets provided
Qualifications
The key to success in this position is experience with supply chain and vessel planning. We imagine that you have 3-5 years' experience within an international shipping or forwarding company. Your educational background can be freight forwarder, shipping line or have similar experience with vessel chartering or heavy lift operations.
Moreover, we will value the following qualifications:
- Experience in working with complex supply chains in a global environment
- Strong English skills (both written and oral)
- High level of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- You know how to manage your stakeholders efficiently at all levels by building and maintaining relations
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have a strong drive and is self-motivated
