HR IT & Continuous Improvement is a department in Vestas' HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HRIT solutions within our decided platforms. Our two primary focus areas are strongly interlinked:
Vestas has implemented a new HR system, SuccessFactors with the latest module Employee Central, go-live in June this year. For the solution, SuccessFactors we are changing our support model and the HR IT team will take over the full support and maintenance. And we would like to extend the team with a new team member having experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central technical maintenance to be able to further develop the Employee Central solution and release the team to focus on new projects coming up.
Responsibilties
You will be part of the team focusing on HR Operations Systems, which include SuccessFactors Employee Central module, SAP HCM, EIC ticket solution, time and payroll systems etc. Your primary role will be within SuccessFactors Employee Central where you play a key role handling the maintenance of the SuccessFactors Employee Central. Our solution is interfaced with SAP HCM PA/OM, but the technical maintenance of SAP HCM is still handled by IT and you are not expected to do configuration in SAP HCM. Our system landscape is getting more and more integrated globally and depending on your experience you could also take on responsibilities towards our time and payroll solutions.
Qualifications
We expect you to be experienced with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration to be able to run on your own as soon as you have been introduced to the Vestas set-up. Moreover, we expect you to have:

You are an IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for how systems work and how they are built. Your technical understanding is strong as well as your functional understanding of systems.

- HR IT solutions owners: being the interface between Process Owners and IT and securing well-functioning HR IT systems supporting the HR processes.
- Driving Continuous Improvement projects within HR

Qualifications
We expect you to be experienced with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration to be able to run on your own as soon as you have been introduced to the Vestas set-up. Moreover, we expect you to have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience with HR Master Data systems, whereof SuccessFactors Employee Central is part of this experience
- Understanding SAP HCM PA/OM is an advantage as our SuccessFactors Employee Central solution is the primary system integrating data to SAP HCM PA/OM
- Experience within the field of time and payroll systems will also be considered an advantage
- You can come both with an IT and HR background, but must master configuration in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- You may have your experience from either an IT or HR organisation or having experience as consultant supporting implementations
Competencies
You are an IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for how systems work and how they are built. Your technical understanding is strong as well as your functional understanding of systems.
In general, you can recognise yourself in being:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration trained, experienced and maybe certified
- IT technical savvy understanding HR processes
- A strong team player but able to work independently with own deliverables
- Focused on the task at hand and always delivering high quality with an eye for both the details and the dependencies to other parts of our systems
- Strong Excel capabilities and used to handle large amounts of data
- Good at verbal and written English
