We are looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Automation Specialist to bring technology, analytics and experimentation into our communication towards our customers through all our channels. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a high performing team and to shape the future of digital marketing capabilities needed to grow a successful omnichannel business within Nordea.
About this opportunity
Welcome to Digital Sales & Engagement in Personal Banking and a strong community of experts and people with passion for engaging with customers across digital platforms. Digital Sales & Engagement are responsible for engaging with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and app) as well as through personalized in app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels.
This is an opportunity for you to work directly with business stakeholders across Nordea. You will work in Digital Sales & Engagement in close cooperation with digital marketing experts and data analysts, and report to the Head of Digital Customer Engagement in Denmark.
You will also be a part of a larger community in Nordea’s Centre of Excellence for MarTech, Advanced Analytics, ML and AI, were you will help secure a strong link to peers across the Nordics for development of strategies and best practices.
You will meet a wide range of profiles, from marketeers, business developers and content creators to data scientists, engineers, IT developers, statisticians and economists. We aim to attract and retain talented high performers by being frontrunners in our area of expertise. The role is based in Denmark.
Your future responsibilities
As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will be instrumental in planning, designing and executing our service, sales and marketing activities towards our customers. You will also be incorporating insights, propensity models and other advanced analytics solutions as the foundation for all these activities.
As part the Danish team of Digital Sales & Engagement experts from Personal Banking, you will work in an agile environment to boost digital sales and engagement, and reach our business targets. You will create excellent customer journeys, as well as being part of an exciting digital transformation of the banking business. Your role has direct influence on the future success of Nordea.
