As student assistant in Global PPE Marketing Communications you will become a part of a team of four talented colleagues responsible for advertising, marketing, branding and web development for the PPE Products division(personal protective equipment).

Student assistants are an important part of the VIKING organization. Many of our students also complete their internships with us and write their thesis about real life projects and challenges in VIKING.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks include helping us develop and maintain marketing materials and content for online and offline platforms, for example:

• Advertisements, webbanners, brochures and datasheets
• Content and layout for our web and e-learning platforms.
• Sales support materials, e.g. newletters, flyers and PowerPoint Presentations
• Providing ad-hoc practical and administrative marketing and exhibition support

You will work approximately 15 hours a week (2 full days) – with flexibility around exam periods.

Your profile
The ideal candidate is currently studying for a bachelors or master’s in a related field and have at least 2 years left of studies.

• You’re detail-oriented, structured and responsible – so you can take ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from briefing to implementation
• Since our corporate language is English, you have great English skills – both written and oral
• It would also be an advantage if you are fluent in German
