Marketing Director

Cerebriu, one of the leading radiology AI companies, winner of the Nordic startup award 2022 and committed to solving key challenges in healthcare by enabling better access to one of the most sophisticated diagnostic imaging modalities: MRI, on a global scale.
Our AI solutions makes next gen MRI scanners more intelligent enabling personalized imaging and subsequent diagnosis and treatment.

As we are expanding our Sales and Marketing team, we are seeking our new Marketing Director to join our growing team with the important key objective of effectively positioning Cerebriu and our unique offering internationally while at the same time establishing and growing our marketing department - key factors for Cerebriu's future growth and success.

This requires a sound mix of strategic mindset and hands-on get-things-done approach and a solid understanding of the MedTech domain, particularly MRI scanning technology.

Key succes criteria:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Cerebriu as a trusted radiology AI vendor contributing to solving key challenges in radiology, namely MRI.
• Drive the implementation of marketing initiatives, supporting sales effectively, including content creation, channel/messaging and engagement management connecting Cerebriu with valuable clinical and commercial KOL's, stakeholders and decision makers
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and position Cerebriu effectively in the growing landscape of radiology vendors.
• Create and manage marketing budgets to drive maximum ROI.
• Manage planning and execution of several international events, incl. RSNA.

What are we looking for:
We are in search of an individual who possesses a high degree of self-motivation and personal initiative with a solid +10 year track record of delivering results in international radiology marketing roles and needless to say, passionate about marketing and positioning Cerebriu as the trusted partner enabling intelligent and personalized MRI scanning.

• Proven track record managing and leading international marketing initiatives in radiology launching innovative solutions and technology.
• Thorough experience and demonstrable results in driving BtB marketing with global radiology OEM partners.
• Experienced in KOL management and relationship building - preferably bringing own existing international (EU and US focus) radiology KOL network.
• Ability to communicate complex topics, i.e. radiology workflow adaptation and positive outcomes in simple, impactful ways, which strongly resonate with the target audiences.
• Experience with growing audience engagement digitally and physically, i.e. via SoMe and chosen conferences.
• Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to leverage market insights to drive marketing success and sales growth.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, taking ownership of tasks and effectively executing according to strategy and plan.

Location is flexible either remote in EU near a major international airport or at our modern Head office in a prime location in Copenhagen.
