The Role
This exciting role works within the BoConcept Global Brand + Marketing team, developing brand campaign and communication initiatives aligned to marketing and commercial objectives of winning new consumers.
Your work will involve planning and insight-gathering, and formulating this into brand content briefs and seeing them through to execution with the Social Media and Creative team.

Location
You will work within the global HQ Marketing team based in Herning and Brand and Creative team in London, together with our Marketing teams across our franchise partner store network in UK, EMEIA, LATAM, Japan, Asia Pacific and North America.

  • Reporting to Commercial Marketing Senior Manager
  • Hybrid working. Occasional travel to Denmark HQ for meetings if based in London.
  • If UK based, you need to have full right to work in the UK
  • Temp to Perm Contract starting ASAP, to be reviewed after 6 months.

Core Responsibilities
Work with Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to develop and deliver global brand decks, manuals, marketing sell-in materials, and social media content to our franchise partners driving consistency of brand expression and compliance across all regions.
Support the planning, creation and delivery of targeted consumer marketing plans including digital content solutions, ATL campaigns, social media campaigns, influencer campaigns, PR, events etc

Support with strategic initiatives and act as point person specifically for:

  • BoConcept Interior Design Service - driving new brand comms initiatives and assets to create greater awareness and accessibility of our Design service across organic SoMe, website experience and paid media toolkits
  • Social Media – development, coordination of SoMe content briefs into our Creative teams, injecting “socially native” impact, driving engagement and reach!
  • CSR – incl. Communicating our evolving efforts in Sustainable practices
  • Retail Marketing ( eg. Developing Commercial Ideas to drive Revenue eg.“Stories for Selling” toolkits, supporting with Marketing Training into Retail Academy, and New Store Openings Kits + Experiential).

Act as brand guardian

  • Build great working relationships with partners, ensuring brand alignment + compliance in marketing activations
  • Releasing Seasonal Playbooks, IDS Playbook and Brand Manuals in a timely + inclusive way
  • Recommendations and feedback on Social Media Influencers for key paid partnerships
  • Regular updates to Brand team and HQ on in-market activations.

Key skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience within a global retail consumer brand environment
  • Understanding of retail and marketing processes of a franchise organisation
  • Lifestyle / interiors consumer industry experience preferred
  • Strong presentation skills – able to deliver a compelling message to a varied group
  • Ability to interpret data, identify and track relevant metrics – eg social media KPIs
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships across the business - a team player
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong marketing and communications skillset with a focus on SoMe and brand
  • Show strong and consistent ownership of projects
  • Energetic, flexible, positive and resilient…and organised!!
  • A successful track record of delivering on expectations, with excellent follow-through
