The role as Director & Group Lead, Marketing
As the Director & Group Lead, Marketing you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategies that elevate s360's brand identity, content marketing, PR, and lead generation efforts. Your leadership will directly impact our visibility, reputation, and, ultimately, our bottom line.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on growth and market share

  • Spearhead content marketing initiatives, aligning with s360's core capabilities, product offering, and market trends

  • Lead and manage marketing teams at the market and group levels, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals

  • Manage PR campaigns and media relations, including participation in industry events and publishing thought leadership content

  • Oversee demand generation and lead acquisition strategies to fuel s360’s business pipeline

  • Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and execute a cohesive internal and external communication strategy

  • Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against agreed KPIs


You will be reporting directly to the Group COO.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned professional well-known within the realms of performance marketing and the agency landscape. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in a senior marketing role within an international company

  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth

  • Excellent communication skills: you are able to articulate complex ideas clearly, both internally and externally

  • Strong opinions on the marketing industry trends and an innovative mindset to leverage new opportunities

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms


You are a visionary leader who can set goals and map out a plan to achieve them. You possess strong communication skills, equally effective in both team collaborations and client engagements.

You are an independent thinker with strong opinions, not afraid to take calculated risks, and you are thorough and detail-oriented with a knack for spotting opportunities that align with business goals.
