As our new Sr. Product Manager, you'll spearhead the front-end of our XProtect Video Management Software suite. Your mission? Within your empowered product team, and together with researchers, designers and other colleagues, you will lead the discovery, strategy and eventually the deliveries within your domain. All fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product discovery for XProtect's front-end, continuously validating that we're building products our customers love Conduct in-depth customer research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities Define the product strategy together with key stakeholders Ensure product strategy understanding and evangelization in sales regions and other key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy and delivery Travel approximately 30 days per year to engage with customers, partners, and colleagues worldwide

We are looking for you that thrive in a collaborative environment with the knowledge that great products emerge from diverse, empowered teams. As such, you know how to balance business objectives with customer needs and technical constraints. This capability also derives from your deep curiosity about the market, the customers and their needs. Related to this, you are driven by continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
Additionally, your resume comprises:
A candidate degree or equivalent experience 10+ years in product management or similar roles in B2B software Deep understanding and practical experience with modern product management Proven track record of product successes Experience in transforming customer insights into actionable, prioritized roadmaps Fluency in English, both written and spoken
