Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of our SaaS product, Landax? Are you an experienced Product Manager with a background in SaaS, eager to drive product innovation and expand our customer base - starting in the Nordics and scaling globally?

Drive SaaS Growth in the Nordics – and Beyond!
As our new Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in repositioning Landax in the market to drive growth. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of scaling SaaS products and strong strat[xxxxx]ic mindset. Currently, we have 30% market share in Norway, and you mission will be to expand into on other Nordic markets as the first step towards global growth.

While proficiency in at least one Nordic language is preferred, it is not mandatory for the right candidate, as our ambitions extend beyond the Nordics.

In this role, you will have people management responsibilities, which includes Product Analysts and UX specialists as the team grows.

We are a global team with colleagues in Denmark, Norway, the USA and India. Your primary office location can be in Norway, Denmark or Sweden.

You will be part of 150+ person team within [xxxxx] Industrials, developing products in asset management, transportation, and quality management. The Product Management team you will join also has ownership of UX.

Key responsibilities:

Product Development and Management

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and reposition the product effectively.
  • Develop and execute strat[xxxxx]ic plans to enhance product positioning and expand market penetration in the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functionally to define product vision, strat[xxxxx]y, and roadmap – aligning teams towards a shared goal.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own the product experience, ensuring seamless usability and strong value delivery.
  • Mentor and develop talent within the Product management and UX teams, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Product Marketing & Sales Support

  • Partner with Sales to provide product expertise, support sales strat[xxxxx]ies, and drive growth through GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing to create compelling campaigns, presentations and materials tailored to the target audience.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you need to be successful in the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's d[xxxxx]ree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced d[xxxxx]ree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with SaaS products with strong digital customer acquisition channel.
  • Proven success in launching or scaling SaaS products in the Nordic or similar markets.

Mindset & Skills

  • Passion for building the best digital products that customers and consumers love.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for identifying market opportunities and iterating towards success.
  • Strong strat[xxxxx]ic thinking in product positioning and market growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Cross functional leadership – comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
  • Domain knowledge in QMS or EAM is an advantage and will support success in the role.
