EG is looking for an Marketing and Sales onboarding lead with reference to the Vice President of Corporate PMO who sits in the corporate management team. Acquring vertical software companies is part of EGs stratEGy to be the leading vertical software company in Scandinavia, in which you will play an important role leading the onboarding of the companies EG acquires. EG have acquired many companies since the company was founded in 1976 and we have acquired 11 companies in the last 18 months.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
As our Marketing and Sales onboarding lead you will lead the onboarding of acquired companies, with focus on the sales and marketing processes, e.g.
The ideal candidate
In order to drive successful onboarding of acquisitions, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO and VP of Marketing & Communications, the management team of EG, Manager of Post Merger intEGrations and the other post merger IntEGration track leads and of course the acquired companies management and specialists. You therefore need to master working in cross organizational setups and posess strong stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, we expect the following from you;

As our Marketing and Sales onboarding lead you will lead the onboarding of acquired companies, with focus on the sales and marketing processes, e.g.
- Drive analysis, planning, and onboarding of acquired companies on to our intEGrated marketing and sales process
- Understand and educate acquired companies in the intEGrated marketing and sales processes and demonstrate how it fits into EG's overall operating model
- Work with Masterdata to make sure we capture the acquired companies data in the correct way with a special focus on customers, contacts, products, prospects, leads and marketing permissions
- Execute deep analysis of acquired companies current setup on marketing and sales and do gap analysis of current setup versus EG's process. Lead plan for closing the gaps.
- Lead the onboarding on Salesforce of marketing and sales employees in acquired companies
- Use your strong project management expertice to board acquisitions
- Support the post merger intEGration process and the supporting tools
- Lead post merger intEGration track, where you will be head of the onboarding plan for sales and marketing
- Support VP of Marketing & Communications with stratEGic analysis, onboarding plans and clear milestones for the onboarding
The ideal candidate
In order to drive successful onboarding of acquisitions, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO and VP of Marketing & Communications, the management team of EG, Manager of Post Merger intEGrations and the other post merger IntEGration track leads and of course the acquired companies management and specialists. You therefore need to master working in cross organizational setups and posess strong stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, we expect the following from you;
- Experience with marketing and sales, either as a project manager or from working directly with marketing and sales processes
- Preferably consulting and Project Management experience
- Experience in post merger intEGration or change
- Knowledge of business and operating models preferably from software companies
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Natural business process management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- Thrive in environments with great complexity and high energy
- A true motivator and emphatic team player, who can deliver results
- Speak and write English fluently, preferably Danish as well
- Structured, persistent, result-driven
