Be part of ensuring our digital presence as you manage marketing activities from A to Z. And help us spread the word about products that make life sound better to millions of users globally.
We know sound across the Nordics
At GN Hearing, we provide advanced hearing aid solutions to transform lives through the power of sound. As part of our Nordic Marketing team, you will work with our Nordic Marketing Manager and 2 marketing coordinators to bring our stories forward throughout our Scandinavian and Icelandic markets.
Plan, prepare and execute our marketing agenda
Depending on skills and interests, you will be working on our digital platforms across all 5 markets, e.g. social media, our newsletters or website. Furthermore, you will manage many of the marketing efforts in Norway in collaboration with the team. Doing so, you will primarily work in Sitecore, Pardot and Falcon and use MS Office and Adobe InDesign. You will:
You can expect to travel to Norway 6-10 times per year – perhaps a bit more in the beginning to get to know the Norwegian sales team.

- Collaborate closely with the Nordic Marketing Manager and the Norwegian sales team to identify market needs, plan events, and assist on customer requests
- Prepare, implement, and track product launches in the Norwegian market
- Identify and make product and marketing material for the Norwegian market that addresses the need of the customer and drives awareness and brand understanding
- Proofread and prepare translated material and write content for different channels in Norwegian
- Participate in and prepare exhibitions, seminars, and events across our northern markets in collaboration with your team
- Increase the overall brand exposure through social and professional online presence

Are you fluent in Norwegian, and do you have creative marketing skills?
- You have a commercial bachelor’s or master’s degree and a good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
- You are fluent in Norwegian, and you communicate effortlessly in English as well
- You are an excellent writer who knows how to compose compelling texts in Norwegian
- You ensure deliverables are created efficiently and on time as well as with a great sense of quality
- You are highly interested in digital marketing, and it is a plus if you have experience with creating commercial engagement on social media platforms
- You are motivated by teamwork but work independently and take responsibility
