We are currently looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive intern to join our Marketing team. In this diverse role, you will support a broad range of topics, from digital content to shoot production and visual merchandising.
Your daily work will be very hands-on, including physical tasks such as packing and preparing samples, organizing and maneuvering showroom set-ups/pack-downs, and supporting the creative team with various practical and administrative production tasks before, during, and after photoshoots. In addition, you will support ad hoc digital channel tasks, including market research, image asset management, and more.

Tasks
- Support with sample management: ensure samples are available for PR, photoshoots, showrooms, fairs, etc., and keep our sample library updated and organized.
- Assist with packshot production, from sample arrival to on-site upload.
- Participate in practical and administrative production tasks, including preparation/pack-down for photoshoots, showrooms, fairs, and events.
- Support in-house and external visual merchandising initiatives in our showrooms, at fairs, and in key retail spaces.
- Ensure visual standards are maintained at HQ, continuously making sure everything meets visual guidelines.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize our digital image bank.
- Conduct research tasks and perform visual quality checks to support our digital team.
- Assist the PR manager with influencer gifting, including ordering, shipping, and tracking.
- Provide general hands-on support for marketing team initiatives.
