In Ambu sales territory Nordics we are looking for a Marketing Student Assistant to join a diverse and dynamic team working across Nordics, therefore Danish is an essential prerequisite. This role is based in Ballerup, Denmark and is expected to be about 15 hours per week. You will join a Nordic marketing team be a part of the Nordics sales territory. The marketing team is responsible for all marketing and sales support, and we have a key focus on becoming more digital - which is also why you are needed.
Key responsibilites
• Owning administrative sales and marketing tasks such as local marketing material, tender support, and day-to-day tasks that enable smooth execution of marketing activities
• Support to the local product managers in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns including email marketing, events, and exhibitions, etc.
• Maintenance of Nordic Ambu websites
• Drive our SoMe activities
Independent and digital mindset:
You have studies ongoing in the field of Marketing, Design, Communications or similar. It is important that you have a natural interest in digital communication, while also bringing an energetic can-do attitude and service flair to solve the many daily sales support tasks. It will be highly valuable, if you already have some working experience with some of the systems mentioned below:
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design and content creation tools, we use Marketing and Dynamic Web.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English
• Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels and supporting marketing initiatives for a wide-ranging product portfolio across multiple business units.
• Comfortable dealing with strict and complex approval processes in a highly regulated industry
As a person you are open-minded and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Since we are a global company, you will be involved in some cross-cultural collaboration. You may currently be studying at university or perhaps having a gap year. Most important is your mindset and your interest being a part of our team 15 hours/week and that you can start as soon as possible. The position is based at our headquarters located in Ballerup where you will work from at least twice per week.
