As part of Ambu’s new Zoom In strategy, we are increasing our focus on lead generation and -nurturing. This function, we are now insourcing into our Digital Marketing Team that currently has focus on top/mid funnel activities.

The Digital Marketing Team is part of Global Marketing Communication and based in Ambu headquarters in Ballerup. The team consists of a Paid Marketing Specialist, a Marketing Analyst, and a Web Manager and as our new Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in taking us to the next level with more focus on permission- and lead generation/nurturing.

You will develop, build, and maintain our Marketing Lead & Nurturing approach via our Marketing Automation setup for best business impact.

As Marketing Automation Specialist your responsibilities will include:

You will be our global expert in Marketing Automation supporting our colleagues across the world. Together with our Marketing Communication Managers, the Campaign & Content Manager, and the Digital Marketing team, you will ensure that we have the best setup to capture leads and marketing permissions.

You will build and maintain customer acquisition flows across relevant touchpoints, supporting our local Marketo users in setting up local campaigns, following our global setup and guidelines. In the role as our Marketing Automation Specialist, you will educate and support your local colleagues in their lead generation & nurturing activities. In addition, you will ensure the gathering of input from sales on lead handover, lead generation and campaigns as well as conduct knowledge sharing among our Marketing Automation users globally.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Marketing Automation functionality regarding existing integrations and technical setup in collaboration with the CRM team on integrations and data governance. You will specify, implement, and test data from new integrations and channels. Finally, you will, in collaboration with our Web Manager, build pages in DynamicWeb for inclusion of Marketo collectors (forms, tags) on our websites.

Key competences

  • You have at minimum a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or other related field with focus on digital marketing.
  • You have strong experience with Marketing Automation systems both technically and communicatively. Preferably Marketo
  • It is an advantage, if you have worked in BtB Global Marketing and preferably within regulated industries like MedTech / Pharma
  • This has given you extensive knowledge about developing lead generation and lead nurturing flows from a business side
  • You have worked with MarTech, and have a basic understanding of the architectures and relation between Analytics, MA systems, CMS, and CRM (We use Salesforce)
  • You have good understanding of Content Management Systems and a proven track record in building and maintaining flows across Marketing Automation and Content Management Systems
  • Insights into digital customer behaviour, BtB buying behaviour and how to work with customer journeys via Lead Generation and -Management
  • You have experience with stakeholder management and support in a global setting and you are an excellent communicator
