Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on soft skills and interpersonal abilities, assisting the team in fostering a positive and cohesive work atmosphere.
- Manage administrative tasks including but not limited to: ordering IT equipment, coordinating IT permissions, processing travel expenses, arranging travel bookings, organizing departmental events as well as ad-hoc tasks.
- Proficiently utilize the MS Office Package and demonstrate basic knowledge of IT tools and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or assistant role is preferred.
