Your new team, the Digital Marketing team, is currently powering up a traditional, industrial company and disrupting it from the inside. You will get the opportunity to build up user journeys and digital products from scratch and then see them launch globally, while influencing the company’s digital journey.
Become an Umbraco Super User
As our new Global Web Editor, you will thrive from building delightful customer experiences globally and make Nilfisk stand out as a thought leader in the industry.
You will quickly become a superuser of our CMS, Umbraco, and you will be responsible for building global webpages in Umbraco for www.nilfisk.com and other related websites.
As the team develops new features, you will contribute by working with Umbraco users on rolling out the features, consolidating feedback from other Umbraco users, pointing out missing functionality and suggesting editor friendly approaches – sounds great, right?
Your main responsibilities include:
Curious CMS specialist with a constant improvement mindset
We imagine that you have a couple of years of experience with Content Management Systems (knowledge of Umbraco would be a plus but will be taught here if you don’t have it already), and how-to-knowledge on using Google Analytics for performance measurements is needed to analyze statistics and traffic on the sites.
Preferably, you also have experience with project management within this area, as you will be working closely with many interesting colleagues across Nilfisk.
On a personal level, you thrive from engaging with others, sharing your knowledge and being a Subject Matter Expert. You got an eye for what it takes to create a wow-experience and you are methodical and detail oriented by nature. You are an active listener who enjoys providing a great service to your clients. You possess a drive towards improving ways of working and have a structured approach to implement changes and organize tasks at hand.

The Digital Marketing team consists of 9 ambitious and flexible colleagues, including a UX Designer, Product Owner, Campaign Performance Specialist etc.
The team collaborates with various departments, both locally and globally, so you will get to know many great colleagues very fast. Therefore, many of us often meet at the office, so we can see each other and have a close collaboration. However, there is also opportunity to work from home.

With the aim of optimizing the entire organization, the marketing department has embarked on a transformation journey going from a print-oriented marketing approach to a more digital focus.

- Implement new features developed by IT and assist in the roll out.
- Ensure consistency across website and campaigns
- Produce documentation for the feature set, share knowledge and best practices with other users of Umbraco and organize training if needed
- Engage with Umbraco users and our campaign team on what’s possible to build in Umbraco based upon current feature set
- Work closely with design, UX and Product Owner to ensure feasible design and functionality for new features.
