Our webshop and digital presence are in full activity, and therefore we are looking for an E-commerce Assistant for our Marketing & E-commerce department. We are searching for a new employee who can help create significant results in this newly created position and wants to learn and develop in a constantly evolving field. We offer a job with substantial responsibilities and ample opportunity for development. You will gain an excellent knowledge of e-commerce processes and digital marketing tools. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing & E-commerce and Marketing Co-ordinator, who shares your passion for marketing, e-commerce, and sustainable packaging. The department has many interactions with various specialists, and you will therefore coordinate workflows with other departments across the organization as well as external partners such as developers.
The job will be 37 hours per week, and the position is to be filled on January 1, 2021, but we want to wait for the right candidate. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Optimize SEO and SEM (google ads and Bing ads)
- Conversion Optimization (CRO): Webshop sales, increase cart sizes, and optimize online customer experiences
- Preparation of products for webshop sales, including writing product descriptions.
- Social media advertising evaluation
- Reporting KPI’s of the webshop and lead statistics and follow-up on objectives
- Building landing pages
- Customer surveys
- Planning and preparing campaigns
- Optimizing the digital customer journey
- Ad hoc tasks, i.a., help with lead generation assignments, newsletters, and social media.
About you:
- You are structured and entrepreneurial and have an eye for details.
- Proactive and with a knack for digital sales and service.
- You have an excellent commercial understanding.
- You are happy to do analyzes, to work in excel and google analytics.
- You have experience with digital sales, have proven your analytical skills, and can translate them into concrete commercial and customer-oriented solutions.
- You know user interface design and the design of good online customer experiences.
- You have previously worked with CMS systems and therefore have an understanding of technology and code.
- You are fluent in a Scandinavian language in both writing and speaking (Danish, Norwegian or Swedish) and good at English.
- Knowledge of another language could be an advantage.
- With your commitment and energy, you contribute to creating a user-friendly and exceedingly inspiring webshop for our customers. You are structured with a good eye for detail and a team player who enjoys working with others. You take pride in achieving goals by working efficiently and structured. You are good at building relationships with others through your positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
