Come join an award-winning e-commerce business where you, and the team you build, will operate a subscriber list of over a million leads using a state-of-the-art CDP and ESP stack to power your sending and segmentation. Your mission will be to grow loyalty and to scale revenue through marketing automation.
We’ve scaled fast through paid media and have already built up organic and owned media channels. Going forward, you’ll be responsible for maximising long-term revenue and manage the execution and ongoing optimisation of all our flow media, such as newsletters and social posting.
Building a strong back-end for intelligent use of owned media can be the difference between failure and an incredible scaling adventure. Building this vital component of our future growth will be in your hands.

- Increasing revenue from email and SMS (P/L budget responsibility)
- Increasing RPR
- Increasing NPS
- Lead generation
- Product launches
You will
- Have a huge impact on the move towards more owned media and less paid re-acquisition.
- Set targets for mail and SMS channels.
- Put maximum customer-facing value into our marketing automation, newsletters, and organic social.
- Extract maximum revenue from those channels.
- Manage a team focused on organic social, lead gen, and marketing automation. Your team will grow, and you’ll be key in assembling the right talent.
- Crush lots of analysis, optimisation work, growth experiments, and split testing.
- Plan and execute segmentation projects as our list size explodes.
- Work with our in-house copywriter and creative team on newsletter production.
- Take seasonally thematic content direction from our global marketing coordinator and transform it into tactical, long-term revenue-maximising campaigns.
- Build out the data stack necessary to support affinity categorisation of users.
- Build out SMS as a channel to drive engagement around product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Be welcomed as part of our extended management team.
You have
- Hands-on experience running newsletters, SMS blasts, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Made things scale.
- Managed and delivered successful, complex projects.
- Insane organisational skills.
- The tech chops to be the marketing-side operator of a CDP and ESP with multi-channel support.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
