Summary
We are looking for our next B2B e-Commerce Lead (Manager) to join our Commercial Excellence Team in Copenhagen to lead our digital transformation journey. - Digitalizing our operations
- Using data to provide a fact-based solution
- Serving our customers with a professional omnichannel buying experience
- Utilizing our Field Sales Forces as business builders
- And increasing customer loyalty as a trusted commercial, category partner
What can you expect in as a B2B e-Commerce Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
- Increasing eCommerce absolute revenue and share of STG revenue
- Crafting the vision of STG digitalization, in cooperation with commercial partners
- Leading the long-term roadmap & development of the digital ecosystem, in cooperation with commercial partners
- Defining and driving business cases, budget, and resource requirements to drive B2B eCommerce to the next level of our transformation journey
- Identifying central and markets specific digital capabilities and needs, to be developed through the existing STG training framework
- Translating business drivers and bringing the backlog to AMS for the actual development work
Also, as our B2B e-Commerce Lead, you will:
- Co-create omnichannel strategy, based on customer journeys (offline & online)
- Secure desired CX between a field sales force and digital journeys
- As SME, accelerate internal and external adoption
- Involve relevant key stakeholders in the process – driving the international digital transformation
- Work on operational instructions and guidelines to markets in strong cooperation with working partners
- Ensure timely content and product releases, aligned with commercial, Global IT and marketing teams
- Align a development strategy for B2B, and break down the roadmap based on key priorities
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
- Digital experience, preferably from a multinational company – as a minimum of 3 years
- Experience from similar transformations, driving and implementing a global B2B application system, preferably Salesforce applications; Pardot and customer loyalty platforms
- Experience in working with omnichannel strategies, customer, and user experience
- Project management skills able to drive and further develop platform architecture
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Experience in process optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
- Curious to improve and always seeks continuous development
