Terma is an international high-tech company that develops mission-critical solutions for the aerospace, defense, and security sector. Among others, we have close cooperation with NATO, Lockheed Martin, Naval Group, and ESA. Terma has subsidiaries and operations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
The role
This is a newly established position, and part of your job is to leverage your extensive product marketing experience to influence our way of working. You will work closely with sales representatives and product managers to create the right campaigns and marketing material – primarily for our solutions aimed at market segments ground and sea.
In our business we often have long sales cycles and need to target both end-users and direct customers. It will be your responsibility to coordinate the development of product related marketing materials. You are adept at creating some of these materials yourself, but you will also work closely with internal marketing specialists as well as external agencies and copy writers.
You will report to the Marketing Director and be part of the marketing team with a worldwide responsibility. The global marketing team consists of five people and we are responsible for the overall branding of Terma as well as traditional marketing of products and solutions across all business areas.

Professional qualifications
Most likely you have a university degree within marketing, and you have 5+ years’ experience in a similar position working with product marketing in a B2B/B2G context. We are looking for the following specific skills:

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to partner with Business Areas to create and execute marketing plans that support our commercial objectives. This includes:
- Drive marketing campaigns promoting specific products or solutions
- Represent Marketing in product launch teams, and drive all marketing aspects of launches
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral, including videos, brochures, graphics, etc.
- Producing content for our website, social media, case stories, etc.
- Ensure consistency in product messaging across communication platforms
We work closely together in the marketing team and it is part of our culture also to help each other out with other marketing tasks whenever needed.
Professional qualifications
Most likely you have a university degree within marketing, and you have 5+ years’ experience in a similar position working with product marketing in a B2B/B2G context. We are looking for the following specific skills:
- Creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience in driving product launches and developing marketing collateral
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills
Experience from working in an international environment is an advantage.
