Join Digital Health, Commerce & Platforms
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of Commercial and Digital Development. Here, you will work alongside a group of digital heroes who are dedicated to our customer-facing digital health platforms. Together, you will develop digital solutions that make it easy for the users to get access to their products.

Improve customer engagement through web analytics and data
As a web analytics expert, you will be responsible for implementing and updating our digital tracking set-up to generate actionable insights. Doing so, you will collaborate with our Web Development team to create efficient and accurate site tracking. Also, you will:

  • Build and set up (together with external developers) best in class web analytics

  • Set the direction for how, why and what we track

  • Upgrade and implement a Google Analytics 360 platform

  • Develop and run reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for nurture tracks and KPIs for overall program performance
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve data quality, SEO and operational efficiency
  • Drive creation and improvements of our A/B testing platform capabilities
  • Strengthen test and learn culture by coaching colleagues and educating stakeholders
  • Guide local online managers in our subsidiaries in the usage of our web analytics insights suite
  • Collaborate with other data teams (Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Science) to improve full funnel data visibility ( SEM/email-Web/app-Google Analytics-CRM-Power Bi)

Experienced web analytics expert
You have a strong commercial understanding and thrive in an environment rooted in digital entrepreneurship. A structured and methodical approach ensures that you can interpret and transform data into specific actionable insights. Also, your interpersonal communication skills allow you to explain data, ensuring that it is understood.

Moreover, you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience working with digital optimisation, incl. SEO
  • Have 2+ years of experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Power BI and/or Azure Analytics
  • Have knowledge of Excel, R, Python, HTML, CSS and SQL
  • Have the ability to learn new programs/software and skills quickly
  • Have a solid understanding of data, statistics and/or mathematics
  • Have worked with SEO and delivered data-driven impact
  • Are fluent in English in both speech and writing – Danish is not a prerequisite
