Join Marketing and provide key advise to our Innovation department
In this new function, you will be situated in Global Marketing. From there, you will assess projects’ commercial opportunities and provide guidance on customer insights and value potential. Also, you will support commercial product managers in scoping clinical and payer needs in the early part of development projects to ensure that our new products and services (incl. digital) can become easily accessible to both caregivers and patients.

Ensure optimal grounds for decision-making
On a day-to-day basis, you will work in cross-functional teams and advise on product and service development, clinical studies, health economics, payer engagement and value communication on a global scale.

In greater detail, you will:

  • Provide a strategic view on project prioritisation, pipeline, new project opportunity assessment and value creation
  • Act as marketing co-lead in cross-functional development teams with the responsibility for assessing strategic product opportunities and setting the commercial direction, for new products and services
  • Work with clinical and financial stakeholders, e.g. key opinion leaders, nurses and buyers, to collect clinical and buyer insights to support commercial positioning for future product/service development
  • Work with market access stakeholders such as the global market access team and reimbursement specialists in collecting product category insights to support product claims and clinical/economic evidence
  • Secure the successful launch of new projects by conducting market entry analysis and executing plans for clinical/economic evidence together with colleagues from clinical operations and global market access functions

“In the long term, you will also take on new exciting challenges such as working directly with the markets and strengthening our position through locally optimised value propositions and strategic advice,” explains Ulrik Langsager.

Experience with payer argumentation and clinical or economic evidence creation

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience with business development in regulated healthcare settings, working with strategic market entry analysis and preparation of clinical/economic evidence for new products
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience within strategy consulting or the pharma/medical device industry
  • You know the ins and outs of R&D projects and have general experience with cross-functional project management in an international setting – knowledge of international health economic and pricing projects is a plus
  • You hold a master’s degree within health economics, public health or business administration
  • You are fluent in English

Because you are highly structured and possess strong analytical acumen, you are capable of understanding complex market conditions and reimbursement environments/payment structures, translating this input into concrete plans of action. Finally, you work effectively both independently and in teams across organisational boundaries and geographies.
