Join us to create a global digital learning community
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join Global Marketing as part of our Wound and Skin Care organization. Here, your new home will be our Sales Excellence & Customer Engagement team where you will work alongside 8 dedicated colleagues.
When it comes to educating our customers, we already have a comprehensive library of material for you to build upon. Now, we need you to help bring our content successfully into 2020, serving relevant learning experiences that make a difference for clinicians around the world.
Drive the development of global learning content
You will be responsible for the development of medical training on general wound care, how to assess and manage different wound types and how to apply products to ensure successful patient outcomes. The formats will range from classroom sessions to bite-sized learning experiences for digital channels, aimed at both specialists and non-specialist clinicians.
With an innovative approach, you will be responsible for developing and executing the learning strategy within wound care and ensure that learning efforts support commercial priorities. Doing so, you will:
You will travel up to 20 days per year to participate in conferences, present new learning content for the local markets, oversee classroom sessions, etc.
Clinical profile with learning needs insight
You do not need to have experience with wound care, but you understand the learning needs of clinicians and can translate these into relevant learning formats.
Moreover, you have a creative approach and the communicative talent it takes to present complex information in a concise way that motivates and engages learners. We imagine that you have:

With an innovative approach, you will be responsible for developing and executing the learning strategy within wound care and ensure that learning efforts support commercial priorities. Doing so, you will:
- Identify learning needs of the health care professionals who employ our products
- Collect input from our global wound care expert community to ensure that the content is relevant, clinically correct and up to date
- Manage the production of learning solutions, e.g. videos – typically by working with external agencies
- Ensure that global content is accessible and easy to implement for the subsidiaries
- Evaluate learning initiatives by engaging with our customers, reviewing data from digital efforts and overseeing classroom sessions

Clinical profile with learning needs insight
You do not need to have experience with wound care, but you understand the learning needs of clinicians and can translate these into relevant learning formats.
Moreover, you have a creative approach and the communicative talent it takes to present complex information in a concise way that motivates and engages learners. We imagine that you have:
- Clinical experience from working as or with health care professionals
- Experience with developing educational material for clinical use or teaching clinicians
- Good project management skills and the ability to coordinate activities between internal and external stakeholders
- A bachelor’s degree – preferably within a clinical area
- Solid communication skills in English and preferably experience from working in a global context
