Lead the Coloplast Professional team
For more than 6 decades, we have worked closely with HCPs – e.g. through Coloplast Professional. An education and collaboration platform for nurses and clinical specialists working with intimate health care.
As part of Medical Marketing, your team is responsible for running HCP engagement through educational initiatives, advisory boards, congresses, events and medical associations. Through mutual knowledge sharing, you nurture a collaborative relationship with nurses around the world to raise the standard of care and make a true difference for our users.
Set the strategic direction for our professional community
As the head of Coloplast Professional, you will manage a diverse team of 8 employees including 2 student assistants.
You will have the overall responsibility for aligning the educational initiatives and content, digital solutions and events that your team and our subsidiaries make available and market to the HCPs.
Your key tasks will be to:
You will travel approx. 30 days a year to visit our subsidiaries and attend external congresses.

- Develop, define and execute the Coloplast Professional and Congress and Event strategies, the latter in collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs and the Medical Marketing team
- Ensure effective people management through communicating clear goals and expectations and maintaining a high employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with the local marketing and education teams in our subsidiaries to ensure that content and events are employed across our global markets to create value for the HCPs
- Ensure that we continue to develop existing as well as build new partnerships with HCPs
- Facilitate that clinical input from HCPs is collected and shared internally to improve future ostomy and continence care innovations in Coloplast

- Have successful people management experience where you have been able to clearly communicate goals and expectations to employees
- Have some experience building partnerships that go beyond customer/sales relations, preferably from working with HCPs, nurses, patient organisations or similar
- Have been engaged with educational initiatives for professionals, perhaps from working with digital learning formats
- Communicate effortlessly in English and thrive in a cross-functional and global setting
