For many years, we have therefore pursued a consumer channel strategy, and a few years ago, we took this to the next level deciding to focus on and invest in Direct businesses.
Since then, a lot of work has gone into driving this agenda forward, and to further strengthen our efforts, we are now looking to fill 10 new positions both within our commercial functions and our IT organisation.

In IT Digital Services we drive initiatives for online, app and cloud platforms
Joining us at our HQ in Humlebæk, you will step into a newly established position in our Digital Services team which is part of Global IT. Here, you will gain 8 passionate colleagues who are technically responsible for both new development and ongoing maintenance of our customerfacing websites (70+), mobile apps and cloud services.

Design our cloud architecture
As technical owner and architectural lead, you will be responsible for our cloud architecture, making sure all cloud solutions support our digital roadmap and meet our business requirements.
You will set the overall guidelines, driving our cloud architecture development agenda and setting the direction for our technical landscapes. We have outsourced (the) cloud development to external partners, so you will not be directly involved in the construction of our cloud solutions, but you will work closely with our partners to ensure quality, scalability, performance and that your overall solution design principles are followed.
More specifically, you will:
Broad knowledge of infrastructure and excellent communication skills
Providing a direction for others to follow requires the ability to give advice and to communicate in a clear-cut manner. You master this art to perfection; you know how to make yourself heard, and with your sharply honed interpersonal skills, you navigate easily at many levels of the organisation and can explain your vision to software developers, managers and fellow architects in a convincing way.

Design our cloud architecture
As technical owner and architectural lead, you will be responsible for our cloud architecture, making sure all cloud solutions support our digital roadmap and meet our business requirements.
You will set the overall guidelines, driving our cloud architecture development agenda and setting the direction for our technical landscapes. We have outsourced (the) cloud development to external partners, so you will not be directly involved in the construction of our cloud solutions, but you will work closely with our partners to ensure quality, scalability, performance and that your overall solution design principles are followed.
More specifically, you will:
- Cooperate with stakeholders in the business and IT, providing them with professional advice on cloud solutions and translating business requirements into digital technology solutions
- Make decisions on cloud architecture solution design and governance model
- Manage and guide our external development partners
- Oversee the entire development process from when initial specifications are made through design and testing to implementation and documentation
- Ensure that best practices and cloud architecture principles are communicated and followed
- Proactively spur new improvement initiatives and ways of working such as agile development, Scrum, DevOps practices, etc.

Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant technical educational background
- Have 4+ years of experience as a cloud architect, and it is a plus if you have general knowledge of AI/machine learning capabilities in the cloud
- Have experience with Scrum/Agile development, and if you have worked with software development in regulated industries, this is an added bonus
- Have broad knowledge of infrastructure, i.e. cloud services, network, app/API monitoring, security, identity & access management, etc.
- Have worked with test automation and DevOps practices, and if you have related certifications in MS Azure, TOGAF, etc., this is a plus
- Speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is an advantage
