Implementing a new global, standardized consumer consent setup
Coloplast has for the past 3 years been implementing a completely new infrastructure enabling a more smooth and professional interaction with the end users. This covers a new CRM system (Salesforce.com), a new back-end Business Intelligence environment, and in addition to this, we are currently building several new consumer-facing apps and websites. This in combination with our high ambitions for utilizing data for improving patient outcomes, has led to an increasing need for further standardization of our consumer consent setup – a project which is directly linked with the newly communicated 2025 strategy.

As senior project manager you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the new consumer consent setup across platforms (back- and front-end, digital, and offline) and across geographies. This will be a highly complex and phased, long-term project with many dependencies as well as multiple stakeholders across the organization (commercial, legal, IT, sales subsidiaries). Further to this, it is a project within a highly specialized subject matter with many nuances, meaning that it needs to be managed very precisely and be well-documented, while still being run with a commercial mindset.

Your key responsibilities

  • Initial, high-level scoping has been done, but you are expected to conduct additional pre-analyses and map out dependencies to do the final frame setting for the project
  • Translate complex business requirements into a solid, detailed, and actionable project plan
  • Secure ongoing alignment with key commercial stakeholders in headquarter incl. managing project resource needs
  • Secure close cooperation with legal and our Data Privacy Officer
  • Drive implementation across platforms and geographies
  • Secure buy-in from and drive communication towards the sales subsidiaries
  • Provide transparency on progress towards steering committee and senior management
  • Address potential roadblocks by defining, aligning, and initiating appropriate mitigation plans

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience likely within a larger, multinational company
  • Proven track record of carrying end-to-end project management responsibility and delivering impact through large, complex, long-term projects
  • Strong ability to create results through others
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid commercial mindset
  • Subject matter expertise within consumer consent management and experience from navigating in a regulatory environment will be considered an asset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

You will be situated in Humlebæk, 30 minutes north of Copenhagen, Denmark. There will be an expected 10-15 travel days per year.
