We set the global marketing direction for Ostomy Care
At Coloplast, we make life easier for people with intimate health care needs. At our global HQ in Humlebæk, you will join a team of 6 and report to the Head of Ostomy Care Marketing. Together, we lead global campaigns and product launches, develop marketing strategies and are responsible for our communication across channels.
Each marketing manager is responsible for their own projects, but we are always ready to support each other and throw ideas around. We have a high level of interaction across the organisation and with our local subsidiaries to maximise commercial impact and ensure that we identify different market needs.
Lead successful campaigns and product launches
You will lead your own projects to reach both B2B and B2C customers, such as health care professionals and consumers. You will be responsible for some of our important markets and should expect 20-30 travel days per year to visit local subsidiaries and oversee your plans coming to life.

In greater detail, you will:
- Develop and lead global campaigns and growth initiatives
- Function as a country liaison and partner for subsidiaries and prepare them for new product launches through launch planning activities
- Ensure strong cooperation with departments at HQ, including Product Management, Corporate Branding, Medical Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
- Track campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure the improvement of activities
Experienced marketing professional
As a person, you have a strong personal drive and can use your communication skills to build good relationships with key stakeholders. You have a strong business understanding enabling you to identify growth potential. You are creative, ambitious and can keep momentum going. Furthermore, you:
- Have 5+ years of marketing experience building strategies and campaigns, preferably in larger international environments
- Possess strong project management skills and have experience with leading large complex projects
- Hold a master’s degree, preferably within marketing
- Are fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
