We are looking for an experienced Digital Program Manager to drive global brand and demand generation programs and initiatives. If you are a digital unicorn, passionate about activating the digital marketing toolbox to drive business, and have a ‘hacking’ mindset to optimize performance, then this is the opportunity for you.
You will be joining the Global Digital & Demand Generation team at Siteimprove and interact daily with peers who have competencies across Data, Development, Creative, SoMe, MarTech & Demand Generation. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization incl. Product, Sales, Product & Customer Marketing and our + 10 local markets. Your role in this team will be to define, own, activate, and optimize our key digital lead generation services, tools, and assets to drive and support brand awareness and pipeline.
You should have passion for, and hands-on experience with, conceptualizing and driving complex and global initiatives across many teams, target groups and markets. You should have a tested and validated PO toolbox and know how to structure, manage and successfully run large programs with pipeline KPIs. If you also have a creative mind to help drive the concepts and creative briefs, supporting the programs, that would be beneficial.
This is a newly established position, and you will therefore play a key role in establishing the function. You will work closely with the Director Digital & Demand, especially around developing our global program strategy and the Digital Marketing PO role.

What you will take lead on:
- Global branding and demand generation concepts & programs across new and existing customers
- PO/Project Manager for digital lead gen tools and assets i.e. our free checkers to drive the roadmap and optimize usage and value
- Define and drive the 2021 key strategic programs to support our commercial priorities
- Develop our Program management efforts in the Digital & Demand organisation
- Product Ninja within the Siteimprove Platform
What We Require of You
- 3+ years demand generation/hacking experience, preferably in the B2B / SaaS market
- 2+ years of digital PO/PM experience developing digital services, tools and assets to support the user journey and business goals
- A proven record of driving successful demand gen programs, turning leads and contacts into MQLs.
- Professional fluency in English both written and oral
- Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to navigate, influence and collaborate across a cross-functional team and achieve measurable results
- That you’re a true team player with great cooperation skills.
What we would love about you:
- Experience with buyer’s journey, nurture tactics, personas and lead scoring.
- Experience working with creative briefs and the conceptual phase of a program
- Experience from other SaaS or eCommerce companies is an advantage Familiarity with our MarTech stack is a bonus (Salesforce, Pardot, Umbraco, Vidyard, Drift, to mention a few)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker and hands-on executor.
